A compulsory non-refundable registration fee of AED 1500/- is payable at the time of registration.
2. Refunds will not be issued for absent children anytime during the term.
3. An early drop-off fee of AED 75/- per day is charged if the child is dropped-off before 7.30 AM.
4. A fee of AED 75/- is applicable per hour for late pick up. There is no grace period after 5.30 PM and a fee of AED 100
will be automatically added after 5.30 PM.
5. The following discounts are applicable to Esaad/AlSaada Cardholders: Up to 12:30 PM – 5%, 2:00 PM – 10%,
4:00 PM -10% and 5:30 PM – 15% (discount is applicable ONLY if the Parent is the card holder)
6. A 10% discount is granted for siblings only if both siblings are attending nursery; the 10% discount is
applicable to the term fees only for 1 child. No two discounts can be availed together.
7. Fees will not be refunded or compensated for any public holidays or absences, including absences
due to personal travel.
8. No refunds or compensation will be provided for any type of closure, including those due to natural calamities.
9. In case of withdrawal refunds will be granted as per the outlines below:
a) A 100% refund is granted on the term fees only if withdrawal is prior to the beginning of term.
b) A 70% refund is granted on the term fees only if withdrawal is within the first week of the term.
c) A 50% refund is granted on the term fees only if withdrawal is within the first 2 weeks of the term.
d) No refunds will granted after three weeks of attending nursery from the beginning or during the term.
e) Refunds are only available for monthly payments if both of the following conditions are met:
i) the child does not attend classes beyond the 10th day of any given month, and
ii) a notification of withdrawal is received by 10th day of any given month.
If eligible, the refund is capped at 50% of the monthly fee paid.
9. Cheque bounce charges: AED 200 + VAT.
10. Late payment fee of AED 250 + VAT will be charged for payments made after the 10th of the Month/Term.
11. Monthly Fee is charged on a calendar-month basis from Sep to June of the Academic year.
It covers Half term, Winter and Spring Camps.
12. Monthly fee cannot be prorated except in the first month of joining the Nursery. It will not be prorated
even in case of public holidays. If the First term starts in Aug, the fee for Aug will be prorated.
13. Single-day extension charge – applicable ONLY to the existing parents: a) upto 12.30 PM – AED 250/- b)
upto 02.00 PM – AED 275/- c) upto 04.00 PM – AED 300/- d) upto 5.30 PM – AED 350/-
14. Switching from the Monthly plan to the Termly plan is not allowed during the term. Parents must wait until
the start of the new term to make the switch.
